Girls to host District opener The Prairie Lady Pirates will start District Tournament play with a home game on Tuesday, Jan. 30 at 7:30 p.m. Prairie is the #2 seed after beating Kamiah and Potlatch last week. They would play C.V. who is the #7 seed. It appears that Kamiah would play Potlatch, currently the #6 seed while Troy and Genesee would play in the #4 vs. #5 game. #1 seed Lapwai will get a BYE as Logos decided not to play a full league schedule this season. Second round action moves to Lewiston High School on Saturday Feb. 3 with games at 3, 4:30 and 6 p.m. District action continues at Lewiston High School on Tuesday, Feb. 6, Thursday, Feb. 8 and Saturday, Feb. 10. Only two teams advance to State. St. John Bosco won’t start District play until eith Friday, Feb. 2 or Saturday, Feb. 3.
