Boys 4x200 team breaks school record
The Prairie Track team hosted their second Prairie Meet of the season on Tuesday, April 23, and the boys 4x200 relay team broke a school record they had been close to breaking several times this season.
The team of Dylan Uhlenkott, Noah Geis, Ben Secrest and Trenton Lorentz ran a time of 1:33.33, breaking the school record of 1:35.1 set by Pat McWilliams, Clayton Lockett, Eddie Anderson and Duane Remacle that had stood since 1995.
Kennedy Riener and Sage Elven each won 2 events. Riener won the 100 in 13.27 and the 200 in 28.39.  Elven won the discus at 130’7” and the shot put at 35’2”. She was also third in the javelin at 94’8”.
Nadia Cash won the 400 in 1:10.26. She was also 4^th in the long jump at 14’4½”.
Sydney Shears won the 800 in 2:33.98.
Sierra Oliver won the 300 hurdles in 51.59. She was also 2^nd in the 100 hurdles in 18.23, 3^rd in the 100 in 14.09 and 3^rd in the pole vault at 7’0”.
Hailey Hanson won the javelin at 97’11”. She was also 4^th in the shot put at 30’4½”.
Avery Riener won the triple jump at 32’6½”. She was also 5^th in the long jump at 14’1”.
Lorentz won the 200 in 22.97.
Zane Uptmor won the 110 hurdles in 18.28. He was also 3^rd in the 300 hurdles in 48.05, 6^th in the discus at 115’10”and 15^th in the 100 in 12.49.
Matt Wemhoff won the javelin at 137’8”. He was also 2^nd in the 800 in 2:16.48 and 10^th in the 100 in 12.22.
Bennie Elven won the discus at 146’5”. He was also 3^rd in the shot put at 42’2” and 9^th in the 100 in 12.21.

Aubree Geis was 2^nd in the 200 in 29.38 and 2^nd in the 800 in 2:36.86.
Elizabeth Severns was 2^nd in the javelin at 96’2”, 3^rd in the discus at 108’0”, 8^th in the shot put at 27’6½” and 9^th in the 1600 in 7:08.20.
Aubree Rehder was 3^rd in the 200 in 29.75 and 19^th in the long jump at 10’6”.
Callie Remacle was 3^rd in the high jump at 4’6”, 3^rd in the long jump at 15’1”, 4^th in the 100 hurdles in 19.11 and 7^th in the 1600 in 7:04.49.
Evelyn Gehring was 4^th in the 200 hurdles in 54.09, 5^th in the 1600 in 6:58.74 and 18^th in the 100 in 15.56.
Ella McLeod was 4^th in the 3200 in15:46.91 and 6^th in the 800 in 3:15.19.
Harlee Brannan was 5^th in the discus at 85’9”, 7^th in the javelin at 61’2” and 10^th in the shot put at 24’4”.
Megahn Fowler was 7^th in the discus at 81’4”, 10^th in the javelin at 43’5” and 13^th in the shot put at 21’10”.
Alli Geis was 7^th in the long jump at 13’7½”.
Kyra Robertson was 15^th in the discus at 46’3” and 16^th in the shot put at 18’3”.
The 4x100 relay team of Cash, Avery Riener, Rehder and Kennedy Riener was 1^st in 53.09 while the team of Brannan, Elven, Hanson and Fowler was 7^th in 1:00.67.
The 4x200 team of Alli Geis, Cash, Kennedy Riener and Shears was 1^st in 1:51.16.
The 4x400 relay team of Alli Geis, Aubree Geis, Avery Riener and Shears was 1^st in 4:17.05.
The medley relay team of Aubree Geis, Rehder, Alli Geis and Shears was 1^st in 1:57.47.
As a team the girls placed 1^st with 255 pts.

Lee Forsmann was 2^nd in the discus at 143’3”, 5^th in the shot put at 36’4½” and 5^th in the 800 in 2:19.81.
Payton Stamper was 4^th in the long jump at 18’8¾”, 16^th in the 200 in 26.13 and 17^th in the 100 in 12.54.
Briggs Rambo was 4^th in the 800 in 2:19.29, 4^th in the 110 hurdles in 20.03, 5^th in the pole vault at 9’0” and 6^th in the 300 hurdles in 50.21.
Secrest was 5^th in the 100 in 11.81
Cole Duclos was 5^th in the pole vault at 9’0” and 24^th in the 100 in 12.91.
Caden Armbrust was 5^th in the 1600 in 5:50.92, 7^th in the 800 in 2:20.88 and 8^th in the 400 in 59.57.
Levi Gehring was 5^th in the 400 in 58.43 and 33^rd in the 100 in 13.38.
Logan Weber was 6^th in the high jump at 5’2” and 12^th in the 100 in 12.32.
Nate Forsmann was 9^th in the shot put at 32’11”, 11^th in the discus at 104’2” and 11^th in the 800 in 2:59.07.
Landon Riener was 9^th in the 1600 in 6:22.37 and 10^th in the 800 in 2:52.93.
Peter Remacle was 14^th in the discus at 100’11” and 22^nd in the shot put at 24’7½”.
Ashton Martin was 15^th in the discus at 91’3” and 21^st in the shot put at 24’7½”.
Hayden Johnson was 15^th in the 400 in 1:04.89, 28^th in the 200 in 28.78 and 34^th in the 100 in 13.47.
Gabe Decaria was 18^th in the 400 in 1:13.12, 19^th in the long jump at 14’6”, 31^st in the 200 in 29.67 and 40^th in the 100 in 13.97.
The 4x100 relay team of Uhlenkott, Geis, Secrest and Lorentz finished 1^st in 44.69 while the team of Gehring, Duclos, Martin and Weber was 4^th in 49.13.
The 4x400 team of Wemhoff, Secrest, Uhlenkott and Lorentz finished 1^st in 3:31.61.
The medley relay team of Martin, Gehring, Duclos and Weber finished 2^nd in 4:10.67.
As a team the boys placed 1^st with 185 pts.
