| Summer schedule at Nez Perce Historical Park Nez Perce National Historical Park began its summer schedule on Saturday, June 1. The Visitor Center will be open from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. six days a week Tuesday thru Sunday closed on Monday. After being closed to the public for six months, the park is happy to announce its re-opening. The summer schedule will include the tipi set-up at 8:30 a.m. and formal ranger programs at 11:00 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. (Tuesday-Sunday, weather dependent?) Collection tours will be offered on Thursdays at 11:00 a.m. These tours are limited to the first eight to sign up for that day. All programs and tours are free and open to the public.
