Pressin' in the Park set for Oct. 20
The Craigmont Community Church is making plans for the annual Pressin’ in the Park event on Sunday, October 20th, at the city park.  The event starts at 12 o’clock, and ends when we run out of apples.  The cider press will be cranking out gallons of fresh pressed juice made from locally picked apples.  The event is open to everyone, and includes a free lunch served at the city hall.
In past years,  Pressin in the Park has been a fun filled community celebration with lots of activities and games for all ages.  Community members will be picking apples in the days ahead of the event,  and if you have a favorite apple tree that needs to be picked you can call Steve Riggers at 208 791 7656.  Last year we made over 50 gallons of cider, and everyone left with a smile on their face and a jug of fresh pressed cider!
