When Mary Waldman passed away last March she included a $47,668 behest
to St. Mary’s Hospital in her will. She and her husband, Tony, who
passed away in the early 1990’s, decided together to designate the hospital

win 3 games; Two wrestlers medal at St. Maries
The Prairie Pirates won 3 games last week including an historic 49-41
win at Lapwai, the first in 24 years there. They also won at Nezperce and
at Orofino . . .
The Wrestling team competed at the St. Maries Tournament with Shane
Poxleitner taking first and Nick Uhlenkott second in their respective weight

Students in the Careers class at Prairie High School
learned about interviewing for a job by doing mock interviews with local

The Prairie Pirates won their first game ever in the
current Lapwai gym and the first in Lapwai since 1980 this past Saturday.
