screening set for April 12-14
Kindergarten screening for the 2004-2005 school year will be held at the Cottonwood Elementary School Building on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, April 12th through the 14th. This will take about 30 minutes for each child. Please bring your child’s state birth certificate, immunization record and Social Security Number. State law requires each child to be fully immunized before the first day of school. Your child must be 5 years old on or before September 1, 2004 to enroll in school. To register your child, please call Lynn in the Elementary Office at 962-3122. |
