Eighteen Prairie High School students earned perfect 4.0 grade point averages during the first quarter of the 2004-05 school year. It was a packed house in the Hospital Clinic waiting room as the Legislative Tour hit Cottonwood Sunday afternoon. They also stopped at the government housing area and Wimer Machine during their tour.  

 Calista Karel, who was named to the District Honor Choir. 

The Prairie Lady Pirates basketball team saw their first action at a Jamboree held at C.V. Monday. Their first regular season game will be Thursday, Nov. 18 at Kamiah. Vanessa Sonnen goes high for a shot inside as Lauren Merrill, 20, Bridget Enneking, 4, and Brittny Behler, 34, watch.
