Nine
to be inducted
Nine Prairie High School students have been named to the school’s National Honor Society Chapter and will be inducted Thursday, December 15 at 5:30 p.m. in the high school library. The nine students are: Kimberlee Altman, senior; Ashley Schaeffer, senior; Kayla Uhlenkott, junior; Shayla Dalgliesh, junior; Diana Geis, junior; Caroline Sonnen, junior; Tabitha Sonnen, junior; Jessica Gehring, sophomore; Alex Richardson, sophomore. To be eligible for membership, students must have cumulative grade point average of 3.25. Members must also meet high standards of leadership, service and character. Leadership is based on the student’s participation in two or more community or school activities, or election to an office. To meet the service requirement, the student must have been active in three or more service projects in the school and community. Character is measured in terms of integrity, behavior, ethics, and cooperation with both students and faculty.
