Bowling Lessons Offered
A suggestion was made at the annual shareholders’ meeting of Prairie Bowl that more people would be interested in league bowling if they could take a few lessons. The board agreed that it is more fun to bowl if you have the basics which give you a little more confidence. Free bowling lessons will be available at the alley on Saturdays, 10:00 am -11:00 am, with $1.00 line bowling from 11:00 am-1:00 pm, so you can practice what you’ve just learned. These will be available through July, beginning July 8th. Depending on the interest, lessons may again be offered in September after harvest. Work Crew Scheduled at Alley Work crews will be completing maintenance on the pin setters and kitchen area at Prairie Imperial Bowl on Tuesday, June 27th, at 1:00 pm. Anyone, male or female, who can help for an hour or two will be greatly appreciated. The bowling alley is currently looking for a manager, so maintenance work is being done while the alley is on short hours. |
