Hospital to begin surveying patients
St. Mary's Hospital and Clearwater Valley Hospital will begin surveying their hospital, clinic and ER patients.  The patient satisfaction survey will be mailed to patients shortly after their visit.  The survey process will be ongoing and the results will be used as part of their quality improvement program. . . .

Zephyrs take third place; Raspberry Festival to have fun run

Nuxoll Shell has been presented with the Prairie Business Booster of the Year for 2006. Shown with their certificate from the Prairie Booster Club are the owners of Nuxoll Shell, Don and Wanda Nuxoll. The honor is presented to a business who is an active member and supportive to the Club in donations, attendance and the activities in support of the three Cottonwood Schools. 

Pat and Cheri Holthaus have been named Boosters of the Year for 2006  by the Prairie Booster Club. They are shown with the traveling trophy presented by the Club. The award is presented by the Club to active members who have shown outstanding support throughout the year. 

Shown in the photo is the original charter for American Legion Post #40. The right-hand portion shows all the names of the charter members. The Post is seeking information on their charter members. See story at left.
