scheduled for Ratcliff family
The Cottonwood Livestock Auction Café will be hosting a Benefit Dinner and Auction next Sunday, Feb. 18, to benefit the Jeff and Kim Ratcliff family who lost their home and belongings to a fire on Feb. 1. The dinner, featuring beef tri-tips will start at 5 p.m. and the auction will starts at 6:30. There will be both live and silent auctions. Anyone with items to donate or wishing to contribute in any way can call Cottonwood Livestock Auction at 208-962-3284. There are also other ways to help the Ratcliffs. There will be an Open House Kitchen and Spices Shower this Thursday, Feb. 15 from 5 to 7 p.m. at the John and Marg Duman home. This is to help restock their kitchen. There is also a collection box at Prairie Elementary School for clothing and household items and a food account set up at Riener’s Grocery. Clothing items needed for the children are girl pant sizes 14 and womens 7 and medium girls shirt size. Boys shirts and pants sized 10-12 also need. Items such as blankets, bedding, pillows, towels, sheets, kitchen items, dishes, etc. are also needed as all was lost in the fire. |
