track record board at PHS
Have you been up to the Prairie High School gym lately? If you haven't, then you got to stop in sometime and check out the brand new track and field school records board. 
The student athletes' names, year and times/marks are posted on the board and go back as far as 1968. A big thank you to the Prairie Booster Club for hosting a golf tournament in September to raise funds towards a majority of the expenses for the board as well as all who participated in the golf tournament. We also wish to thank all the individuals who contributed: Dan and Carol Altman, Steve and Sue Sonnen, Todd and Carrie (Riener) Nygaard, Robert and Linda Nida, Phil and Sharie Uhlorn, Jerry and Pat Forsmann, Bob and April (Riener) Lustig, Bill and Veronica (Riener) Catelli, Kurt and Loretta Riener and Nick and Cindy (Uhlorn) Stevens. Thank you to Ryan Hasselstrom also for all his time and energy in getting the board designed and ordered. The next project will be a track and field state champion's board. This will require some research to find all the names, years and events.
