to meet Tuesday
The Cottonwood Greater Area Chamber of Commerce held their March meeting on March 11, 2008 at 8:00 a.m. at the room next to the Coffee Mill Creations. The Chamber along with the Schools will be having a Bar B Que in appreciation to the NICI employees. This will be held during the 1st week of May which is National Correctional Officers Appreciation week. Community members are invited to attend and show their appreciation. There will be a $6.00/plate charge for community members. If anyone has local pictures that they would like to see on the Chamber’s website please email them to Rick Johnson at Prairie Computer. The Horizons “Welcome to the Prairie” Group is looking for businesses who would be interested in putting “coupons” in their resource guide. If anyone needs a phone card they can picked up at the Cottonwood Community Federal Credit Union, Wells Fargo Bank or US Bank. We are going to try moving our meetings to lunch meetings to see if this works better with the member’s schedules. So our next meeting will be at noon on April 8th in the room next to the Coffee Mill. Lunch will be on your own. |
