After seeing last week’s 1948 team photo, Carl Schmidt brought by this photo of the 1945 Greencreek High basketball team, the first year of the program. Standing from left are Fr. Patrick Phelan, coach; Ed Schumacher, Everett Sonnen, Adrian Nuxoll, Vince Wassmuth, Cliff Arnzen, Carl Schmidt, Bart Nuxoll and Don Tacke. Kneeling in front is Bob Killmar.
