Tournament in Cottonwood
Saturday, June 21st Cottonwood Babe Ruth will be hosting the Central Idaho League Tournament, at the baseball field at the Middle School. The four team, one-day tournament will start at 8:30 a.m. and go into the afternoon when a league champion will be crowned. Come and support the area teams from Cottonwood, Grangeville and Nezperce/Craigmont. Concessions will be available and admission is $2/adult, $1/students 11 and older, children 10 and younger are free. Summer lunch program offered at Ferdinand Prairie Schools are offering the Summer Lunch Program at the Ferdinand Community Gym as of Monday, June 16. This is in addition to their usual offering at Prairie Elementary School in Cottonwood. The “Food that’s in when school is out!!” program will offer FREE lunches to all children age 1 to 18. They will be serving at the Ferdinand Gym from 11:45 a.m. to 12:45 p.m., Monday through Friday until Friday, August 15 (except for July 4). Come join us, we will be happy to see you! |
