Baseball/Softball signups set
Cottonwood Youth Sports (CYS) invites a parent/guardian to sign-up their children for the summer baseball/softball programs. Come to the Prairie Elementary School cafeteria at 7 PM on either Sunday April 5, 2009 or Wednesday April 8, 2009. Cost per child has remained the same as last year at $15 for T-ball, $20 for Rookie League, $30 for Girls Junior and Senior Softball and for Little League, and $40 for Babe Ruth First time Babe Ruth and Girls Senior Softball players need a COPY of their Birth Certificate. The sign-up form has a section where you can volunteer your special talents for: Coaching, Assistant Coaching, umpire, field work, team phone-calling, or CYS Board of Directors. Your assigned date for mandatory concession duty can be waived for a fee of $10 per child. You are welcome to bring any used equipment to donate, trade or sell.
