Parent
education night set
A lot of parents today have difficulty in keeping up with what's going on in their pre-teen's and teen's lives. Hope Pregnancy and Life Skills Center is sponsoring a Parent Education Night at the Grangeville High School Cafetorium on Tues. September 15th from 6:00-8:00. (Please use the side entrance at the school.) Idaho Co. Sheriff Doug Giddings will be on hand to share information on how to protect your kids, Idaho Co. Deputy Johnny Wilson will speak about the county drug scene, and Board Member Jackie Graefe will give the latest statistics on teen pregnancies and Sexually Transmitted Diseases in Idaho. We will also show Pam Stenzel's "Sex, Love, and Relationships" DVD. There will be free books and brochures available for the folks who attend, and you don't have to be a parent to attend...just a concerned adult! |
