Pirates 4th at Kamiah Tournament
The Kamiah Wrestling Tournament took on a different format this year as they went to a team vs. team round robin format. To even out some of the teams and fill empty weight classes, teams that had more than one wrestler in a class "loaned" their wrestlers to other teams.
As a team Prairie wound up taking 4th place out of 12 teams in attendance.
Mitch Jungert pins a Wallace wrestler to close out Prairie's dual against the Miners.
Tyler Ross goes for the pin against a wrestler from Lewiston's #2 team.
Damian McWilliams tries to get his opponent's shoulders turned toward the mat.
Garrett Schmidt is about to pin his opponent.
Brandon Poxleitner has Orofino's Michael Skinner in trouble but the time ran out before he could finish him off.
Alex Duman was in control of this match.
