The Summit Lady Patriots will play North Gem in their State Tournament opener Thursday, Feb. 18 at 6:15 p.m. MDT at Nampa High School. North Gem was ranked 5th in the state media poll last week while Summit was ranked 3rd. Each team has 5 losses on the season. If Summit wins they will play again at 3 p.m. MDT on Friday. With a loss they would play at 8 p.m. MDT Friday. They would play either Meadows Valley or Carey in the second round. The winners bracket games are in the afternoon because the  1-A Div. 2 championship game is at 9:30 a.m. Saturday and it was felt they needed the extra turnaround time. The consolation final is at 9:15 a.m. Saturday with the third place game at 11 a.m. Both of those games are at Nampa High School while the championship game will be at the Idaho Center. See bracket above. Click on it for a larger view. All times are Mountain time.
