screening set
Kindergarten screening for the 2010-2011 school year will be held at the Cottonwood Elementary School Building on Wednesday and Thursday, May 12th, and 13th. This will take about 30 minutes for each child. Please bring your child’s state birth certificate and immunization record. State law requires each child to be fully immunized before the first day of school. Your child must be 5 years old on or before September 1, 2010 to enroll in school. To register your child, please call Lynn at the Elementary Office, at 962-3122. |
