students do well at state
Prairie High School’s Health Occupations Student Association (HOSA) members recently competed at the State Leadership Conference held in Boise April 7-9. First Place Winners Nutrition knowledge test: Ashley Shumway Medical Photography: Danielle Cochran HOSA Bowl (team event): Seth Guyer, Brock Heath, Conner, Rieman and Josh Zigler Barbara James Service Award: Danielle Cochran had the top hours for community service for this year with 187.50 hours! Third Place Winners CPR/First Aid (team event): Danielle Cochran & Mike Karel Medical Terminology: Conner Rieman. All of the first place winners qualified to compete at the National Conference to be held in Orlando this summer. |
