lecture is on Hildegarde of Bingen
This Thursday, October 21, the Historical Museum at St. Gertrude presents “Hildegard of Bingen,” its fourth lecture in the 11th Annual Fall Lecture Series. Dr. Katherine Baker will speak to the life and significant accomplishments of this 12th century mystic, a woman ahead of her time. This is a lead-up to a weekend retreat at the Monastery of St. Gertrude devoted to Hildegard of Bingen. The lectures are from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. and take place at Spirit Center. |
