Rachel JeanWemhoff is the winner of the Speech Contest
for District 5 of Idaho Farm Bureau . Rachel's speech was the first place
winner ($100) of Idaho County, so her speech was sent to compete for the
district where she also placed first, winning $100. District 5 encompasses
the counties from Riggins north to the Canadian border. Winning District
qualified her speech for state competition, receiving $50. Rachel
is the daughter of Roger and Annette Wemhoff, Grangeville. She is graduating
