The Library Summer Reading program began Thursday
June 16th with a great turnout. 40 kids, along with helpers and parents
spent a rainy afternoon in the Library. We learned about Japan and
were able to see some clothing and books from Japan. Thanks
to Risa Mader for bringing those items by. We made our own
origami swans and rabbits. We will meet again on Thursday June 23rd
at 1:30. Our guest speaker, Joe Riener, will tell us about Australia.
It's never too late to sign up, so come in and enjoy what the library has
to offer this summer. A special Thank You to Mrs. Lundmark and her
art class for the wonderful banner that they painted for us. Click
