will kiss the pig this year?
The Idaho County 4H CWF Project is holding its second annual “Kiss The Pig” Contest at the Idaho County Fair in Cottonwood. The candidates this year are the Idaho County schools football coaches; Jeff Lindsley, Marty Smith, Charlie Shepard and Travis Mader. The winner of the contest will have the privilege of kissing the Grand Champion Quality pig at the Idaho County Fair on Saturday, August 20 at the Livestock Sale. Votes can be purchased at Davis Communications on Highway 12 and at the Fairgrounds from Wednesday, August 17 through Saturday, August 20 at 10am. The 4-H CWF group will continue it’s fund raising efforts by selling raffle tickets for a 30-06 Rifle or $500 cash, breakfast sandwiches, glow sticks, shutter shades and more at the Fair. All proceeds from these efforts will fund the trip to Washington, D.C. in the summer of 2012. See you at the Fair! |
