ROCKS update
The speaker at the Prairie ROCKS classes on Monday was Ben Greene. Ben has recently returned to his hometown of Cottonwood after living away for the past 14 years. Ben shared his life story, describing different experiences from the time he was a little boy, that he sees as God planting seeds in his heart that eventually led him to become a seminarian studying for the priesthood. His life has not only been an incredible spiritual journey, but a journey in the literal sense as well. He has lived, studied or worked in New Hampshire, Connecticut, Rome, Mexico and Chile. Ben encouraged the students to find the right balance of working hard, studying well, and developing a solid prayer life. This young man is so full of enthusiasm for life and the faith that it’s contagious. |
