Celebration is Wednesday
The annual Greencreek 4th of July Celebration is set for next Wednesday, July 4. Things get started with the flag raising at 6 a.m. with the breakfast set to last from7 until 10 a.m. Prices for the breakfast are $7 for 12 and older, $4 for 6-11 year olds with those under 6 being served for free. At 12 noon the Street Sports start with the auction and prize drawing to start at 1 p.m. Ralph Stubbers will serve as Grand Marshal for this year’s celebration. The Altar Society will start selling hamburgers and homemade pies at noon. There are also other concessions and a beergarden set up. There is also bingo being played all day inside the hall. As usual there will be kiddie rides set up with the barrel train, toy car merry-go-round and jumping castle. The street sports include game for all ages. Come join the fun at Greencreek.
