Sports signups set
Cottonwood Youth Sports (CYS) invites a parent/guardian to sign-up their children for the summer baseball/softball programs. Sign-ups will be at the Prairie Elementary School cafeteria from 6:00-7:00 on Sunday March 17, 2013 or from 6:00-7:00 on Wednesday March 20, 2013. Costs per child are as follows: $20 for T-ball, $25 for Rookie League, $35 for Girls Junior and Senior Softball and for Little League, and $50 for Babe Ruth. Registrations are due March 28th, Registrations received after April 10th will include a $5 late fee, and uniforms will not be ordered after April 17th. First-time Babe Ruth and Girls Senior Softball players need a COPY of their Birth Certificate. The sign-up form has a section where you can volunteer your special talents for: Coaching, Assistant Coaching, umpire, field work, or concessions.
