April 13th; 8 a.m.– noon Instructor: Howard DonaldsonCost: $50 Location: First two classes at G’ville Elementary School and last class at the archery range If you’re interested in archery target shooting or want to get a start in bow hunting, this nine hour class will teach you what you need to know. You’ll be introduced to traditional, compound and cross bows and learn the differences between and uses for each. On the last day of class, you’ll be introduced to the archery range, learn how to sight-in targets, practice with the different types of bows and learn how to follow signs to track. Beginning Digital Photography Mon April 15th 6 – 8:30 p.m. Instructor: Amanda Breitbach Ragsdale Cost: $25 Location: Grangeville City Park & Outreach Center Learn how to use aperture, shutter speed, and ISO settings to get the best photo in every situation. This class is for the amateur photographer who has a digital camera with manual settings. Bring along that camera and we’ll start taking pictures at the city park and end at the Outreach Center. Please bring your camera’s instruction manual and the USB cord to connect it to a computer. |
