We are having a Donation Yard Sale at the Jan Schnider home (by Railroad Bridge toward Keuterville, in Cottonwood) on Saturday, May 18...in conjunction with the annual Cottonwood Yard Sales and it is listed on the map. The proceeds of these donations will go to defray some of the medical expenses for Jan. She suffered a massive stroke earlier and is in the Gateway Care Center at 102nd and Burnside in Portland, Ore. in elevated care. She still cannot even speak or take care of herself in any way. Her 2 bedroom downstairs, and a possible 2 bedrooms upstairs small home (the bright green home) is also for sale for $38,000. OBO. It has a big garden spot and nice size yard and storage shed.
