Day to add rodeo
The annual Nezperce Prairie Day will be adding a Junior Rodeo and Jackpot Roping event set for Sunday, July 14 at the Cecil Hill Arena in Nezperce. Starting at 9 a.m. the junior events will begin followed by breakaway then team roping with 100% payback plus trophy buckles for the winners. Junior events will include: 8 & under goat ribbon untie, barrel race, flag relay; 9-13 barrel race, steer daubing, breakaway roping, goat tying; 14-17 barrel race, steer daubing, breakaway roping, goat tying. Breakaway Roping will be for ladies and all under 16, then team roping. For additional information contact Roy Hill of Nezperce.
