Maxine Riggers was the guest speaker at Summer Reading
at Prairie Community Library last week. She and her husband, Dave, live
in Nezperce. She was chairman of the Library Building Committee for the
Nezperce Community Library. They now have a beautiful library. Maxine published
3 books in the early 90's. She has a great love for libraries and books,
which started when her older brother took her to the library at age six.
