The Summit Lady Patriots had one league match plus a tournament last week in volleyball action. On Tuesday, Sept. 24 they traveled to Deary where they lost to the Mustangs in 4 games: 12-25, 25-14, 18-25, 20-25. Summit was able to win both games of the JV match. On Saturday, Sept. 28 they traveled to Potlatch for the Logger Invitational Tournament. The tournament was set up round-robin style where everyone played everyone else once in best of 5 matches. Summit was able to beat Kootenai 25-14, 25-18, 20-25, 25-9. They then lost to Potlatch 18-25, 7-25 and 17-25. In their final match they lost to Lakeside 9-25, 20-25, 8-25. For the season they are now 1-5 in league play and 4-11 overall.
