Ministry hosts Pig-Out Dinner
The Tri-Parish Youth Ministry is hosting a PIG-Out dinner! Pulled pork with HOMEMADE barbecue sauce, AMAZING homemade potato salad, baked beans, drinks, and we’ll even throw in dessert! The dinner runs from 4:30 to 7:30 on October 6th, at Keuterville Hall. There will be a Silent Auction from 4:30 to 8:00, and a Jam Session from 7:30 to 9:30. We even have a Fishing Pond for the children. Join us for a great time and remember your singing voices and musical talents! Cost to attend: 13 & above is $10, 5-12 years is $5, under 5 years is free!! The 2016 Haiti Mission Team sponsors the dinner, please call Debbie Chicane at (208) 553-5837 for more information. The Youth Ministry is also hosting a 30 Hour Fast. All teens that are attending should be at the Keuterville Hall at 9:30 am on Saturday, October 12. Teens who are participating should begin to fast at 5 am that morning. The cost for attendance is $30, if you have not filled out a registration form yet, please do so and return them to Debbie Chicane ASAP, registration forms can be picked up at Debbie’s office or at the main office of Summit Academy. Confirmation Retreat Schedule change: We are moving the Confirmation Retreat from October 19th to November 9th due to scheduling conflicts. The time is still the same, all Confirmation youth need to be at the Ferdinand Hall at 1 pm for a retreat, which will be followed by a Mass and a Blessing Rite. |
