improves to 5-0
The Summit Lady Patriots improved to 5-0 to start the season with a 43-31 win over the Potlatch JV team at Potlatch Tuesday, Nov. 26. After a back and forth first quarter that saw Potlatch holding a 13-14 lead, Summit outscored the Loggers 15-0 in the second quarter to take control of the game. A 12-5 third quarter put Summit up 40-19 heading into the fourth quarter. Potlatch was able to rally some in the fourth to cut the final margin to 12 points. Sarah Chmelik scored 10 points to lead Summit in scoring with Megan Rehder and Megan Seubert adding 8 points each. Rachael Frei scored 7, Bridget Beckman 6 and Ally Hale 4.
