The Library will be open on Saturday beginning February 22 from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm. This will continue through May 31st based on patron participation. Progress is being made in the children’s section of the Library as the drywall is finished and painting is next on the agenda. For those artists in our area, if you would be interested in donating your talent by painting an appropriate scene that would be appealing to the pre-school patrons, please send a sketch or ideas to the library for board review. Story Time with Miss Pollyanna is growing each week as enthusiasm continues as these little one’s absorb stories like a sponge in water. Little Zeta Schmidt is the newest participant. She found not only the stories very interesting but exploring the library to be an adventure in itself. Congratulations to all the area athletes as the seasons draw to a close. We commend all Prairie and Summit teams for their sportsmanship and talent. Good Luck to the Lady Pirates as they travel south for tournament play. |
