Kindergarten screening will be held for the 2014-15 school year at Prairie Elementary School on Wednesday, April 16 and Thursday, April 17. This will take about 40 minutes for each child. Please bring your child’s state birth certificate and current immunization record. State law requires each child to be fully immunized before the first day of school. Your child must be 5 years old before Sept. 1, 2014 to enroll in school. To register your child, please call Lynn at the Elementary Office at 962-3521. |
