team wins tournament
The Little League Live Arm Tournament finished on Tuesday evening, June 24, with the Pacific Cabinets' team from Cottonwood battling for first place with Grangeville's E.K. Riley team. Eleven teams from the Prairie including two each from Cottonwood, Kamiah, & Kooskia, four from Grangeville, and one Nezperce team competed since Thursday, June 19th, with a full day on Saturday in Kooskia. The Pacific Cabinet team's only loss was to Grangeville's E.K. Riley on Saturday, with no losses for Grangeville. The two teams played on Monday and Tuesday evenings with Pacific Cabinets winning 1st place. The Cottonwood team would like to THANK their sponsor, Pacific Cabinets, the Cottonwood Youth Sports Board of Directors, and their coaches, Joe Ross & Ronnie Chandler, for the support, organization, and time and effort into this season's games.
