Ruth team takes second
After a season of 11 wins and only 4 losses Prairie Babe Ruth took 2nd place in the end of the season tournament held in Cottonwood last week. Prairie defeated Grangeville and Salmon River but couldn't come up with the win to beat C.V. in the final game, losing to them 14 to 11. Awards were handed out to Brandon Anderson for best on base percentage of 92.7%. Brandon Higgins received the sportsmanship award and Devin Bruegeman received the batting champion award with a batting average of .774.
