Prairie athletic teams are off to a good start. Home games are starting this week. If you like volleyball you should come to the home opener on Thursday. Our high flying girls are off to a great start on the season and look to keep improving. The football team is showing signs of another very successful season and homecoming is next week. Get out and support your local team and enjoy the fall weather. The booster club once again will be feeding people at the burger barn and selling Tee shirts and sweatshirts along with other Prairie Sports gear. Also bring your cash for some big 50/50 drawings. Keep in mind the Booster clubs 4-wheeler raffle. Tickets will be on sale through the next two weeks as we hope to close out the ticket sales and award one lucky person a brand new machine. 350 tickets are on sale for $50 each. If you win, that’s great, if not the money will be used in supporting our schools academic and athletic programs. So I look forward to seeing you and all the Prairie Pirates in the coming weeks.
