Ed class starts April 6
The start date for Driver’s Education at Prairie is April 6. The cost is $135.00 and it must be paid in full prior to Thursday, March 12, 2015. Payment will be taken at the Junior/Senior High School Office. A parent meeting will be held on Wednesday, March 25, 2015 @ 6:00 p.m. in the cafeteria at Prairie Junior-Senior High School. THIS IS A MANDATORY MEETING FOR ALL PARENTS/GUARDIANS AND STUDENTS. Students must be 14 ½ as of April 6, 2015 to sign-up for the class. Sign-up will be determined by age and not on a first come/first serve basis. Driver’s Permit: You must pay the $135.00 before Thursday, March 19, 2015, and have attended the parent meeting on Wednesday, March 25, 2015 to be able to purchase the permit. Permits must be purchased between March 26, 2015 and April 5, 2015. Permits can be purchased at the courthouse. Class will begin on April 6, 2015 and run from 6:00 -8:00 p.m. Class will be held in Mrs. Karel’s room – room #210 upstairs at the high school. Class will be held Monday through Friday, and possibly some Saturday’s. Classes will be both a.m. and p.m. classes. Calendar for classes to be determined. Class size will be limited to 22 students.
