McWilliams and Uhlenkott pick up wins
In a 14 school meet at Lapwai Thursday, April 9, Lucas Arnzen picked up a pair of wins while Mykaela McWilliams and Krystin Uhlenkott each won one event. Arnzen won the 200 in 23.57 and the 400 in 54.88. He also took second in the 100 meter dash in 11.52 and was the leadoff man for the winning 4x200 relay team. Arnzen, Mason Dalgliesh, Sean Spencer and Lucas Wemhoff won in a time of 1:41.17. 
McWilliams won the 300 hurdles with a time of 50.45 and was second in the 100 hurdles in 17.41 despite nearly crashing on the final hurdle. Uhlenkott won the triple jump with a mark of 30’8” and was third in the long jump at 15’2”. Other girls results: Chaye Uptmor took third in both the 800 in 2:37.19 and the 1600 in 6:02.88. Delaney Uhlenkott was 6th in the 400 in 1:06.63. Shayla VonBargen was 12th in the 200 in 30.09. Sydney Glimp was 7th in the discus at 81’2” and 15th in the shot put at 24’5”. Bailie Gehring was 24th in the shot at 22’7”. The girls 4x100 relay team of Delaney Uhlenkott, McWilliams, VonBargen and Krystin Uhlenkott placed 2nd in 54.36. The same group placed 2nd in the 4x400 relay in 4:30.80. The girls placed 6th as a team with 67 points. Other boys results: Mason Dalgliesh was 10th the in 200 in 25.03 and 16th in the 100 in 12.42. Lucas Wemhoff was 5th in the long jump at 17’6¼” and 12th in the 400 in 1:00.64. Dally Ratcliff was 8th in the 110 hurdles in 20.47, 14th in the 300 hurdles in 53.66, 19th in the 800 meters in 2:33.29 and 14th in the triple jump at 31’7”. Andrew Everson was 10th in the shot put at 35’7” and 26th in the discus at 79’. Ryan Glimp was 18th in the discus at 90’2” and 22nd in the shot at 30’4”. Sean Spencer was 22nd in the 200 in 27.82, 13th in the 400 at 1:01.13 and 15th in the long jump at 14’7¼”. Anthony Karel was 12th in the 800 in 2:23.86, 17th in the 400 in 1:01.87 and 25th in the 200 in 28.04. Raice Dalgliesh was 19th in the 400 in 1:03.67; 27th in the 200 in 29.34 and 35th in the 100 in 13.69. The 4x100 relay team of Mason Dalgliesh, Raice Dalgliesh, Glimp and Wemhoff placed 8th in 51.55. As a team the boys finished 6th with 46 points.
