chance to get in on dust abatement program
This week you will be seeing the crew working to apply dust abatement to the gravel streets. The last two years we have enjoyed reduced cost from the rail road penalties. This year we are back to a fifty-fifty split, I am surprised how few people want to participate. There are two hills that the city would apply dust abatement even if there was no participation in the program, to help with road stabilization. If there is dust abatement applied by your house and you did not pay for it, you should turn to your neighbor and thank them. It looks to be a very long summer so this is your last chance to participate in the program. If you would like to participate please contact city hall. |
