Award winners at the Volleyball banquet held last week are from left: Hailey Danly, co-most valuable; Shayla VonBargen, co-most valuable; Krystin Uhlenkott, co-most valuable and most inspirational and Mykaela McWilliams, most improved. Also announced at the banquet were the all-state tournament team selections. The 3 co-MVP's all made the first team while Mcwilliams and Chaye Uptmor were named to the 2nd team and Sarah Seubert was an honorable mention. Danly broke the school record for most aces in a season with 79 and for most assists in a season with 737. She also broke the record for most assists in a match with 64. VonBargen broke the season blocks record with 70. Uhlenkott broke the single match kills record with 31, just 1 ahead of VonBargen's 30 with both marks coming in the Butte County match at State. Uhlenkott also had the most kills on the seaon with 324, 6 ahead of VonBargen. Uptmor had the most digson the season with 273, 3 shy of the record she set last season. Uhlenkott was second with 239. VonBargen had the second most aces with 68. Mcwilliams had the second most blocks with 25 and Angel Wemhoff was a distant second for the season in assists with 56.
