Prairie had just 6 hits in the game but 4 of those were for extra bases and Ross’ game-winner probably would have been a double if she had needed to go to second. Prairie also took advantage of 5 Genesee errors which helped them gain their first win ever over pitcher Kayla Cornell.
Danly had 2 doubles in the game and also reached twice on errors, scoring 3 of Prairie’s 5 runs.
Sarah Ross had a triple, Abbie Uhlenkott had a double and Hanna Ross and Sam Remacle each had a single.
