Quilts of Valor to be presented
Memorial Day is just around the corner and the Prairie Quilters want to remind everyone that we will once again be giving Quilts of Valor to veterans. The quilts will be given after the veterans’ ceremonies at the cemeteries. The place is yet to be determined. The Quilts of Valor ceremonies will be held at Keuterville Pub and Grub at about noon. We have appreciated all the support we have received from the surrounding communities in the past. Without this help we would not be able to do what we have done. We rely on donations and hope that all of you who have received quilts will remember how good it made you feel when you received your quilt and remember us. Please come and see what we have creating for the lucky recipients this spring. Mark your calendars for Memorial Day ceremonies on May 30, 2016. |
