Here we go again. School is just around the corner and fall sports are kicking it in gear. And as always, the booster club is ramping up for additional support of the many sports, programs and academic successes for the year. Of special notice, this year is the 30th anniversary of the start of the Prairie Booster Club. We will be denoting this in a couple ways this fall starting with a social gathering for all past and present Booster club members at the Wolf Track Brewery on the evening of September 13th. This will be a no host event which we hope will allow people to commemorate the impact that this organization has had on our schools over 30 years. Stay tuned for other events that tie this all in. The Idaho County Fair is this week and the Booster club will be having its annual Potato bar in the Park from 4pm to 7pm. Booster gear is available from Booster Club officers. Cara Uhlenkott has Tee-shirts and Sweatshirts. Please call Glenn Poxleitner if you would like to get a stadium chair. I have 4 chairs available. Please join the booster club this year and help us continue the support of the kids in the Prairie Schools. You are all welcome to attend our next meeting which will be August 23rd at the Hangout at 5:30 pm.
