Ciara Chaffee of Cottonwood was this year’s lone winner of the Friends of 4-H Awards. She won the luggage for top Making the Most of Me project. There were no qualified entries for the sewing machine or mixer this year. Following are the top project winners in the 4-H Family & Consumer Sciences division.
