Prairie
Art Association to meet
Prairie Art Association is holding their September meeting on Monday the 11th, 9:30 am – 2pm, at Craigmont City Hall. They will be painting ceramic bowls for the YWCA. The YWCA is dedicated to preventing domestic violence through education and providing safety for families leaving harmful situations. The bowls are sold filled with soup in an annual fundraiser at the Lewiston YWCA. Everyone is invited to come and paint for the day. Bowls, paints and ceramic brushes will be provided. Participants will need to bring a water container, plastic table cloth, and a sack lunch. There will be lots of craft books with painting ideas available. Prairie Artists will be planning upcoming classes at the meeting following lunch. |
