The Prairie baseball team won 3 of 5 games this past week, all league
games. They lost 8-11 to Genesee on Tuesday, April 24 at Cottonwood. On
Thursday, April 26, they swept a doubleheader at Kendrick, 13-1 and 15-9.
Finally on Saturday, April 28, they split a doubleheader at Potlatch, 1-5
and 7-6. . . .

Pirates win 2 of 3
The Prairie Lady Pirates won 2 of their 3 league softball games played
this past week. They started with a 5-7 home loss to Genesee on Tuesday,
April 24. On Thursday, April 26 they beat Lapwai 24-6. Finally on Saturday,
April 28 they won at Potlatch by a score of 18-4. . . .

Track
team competes at two meets
The Prairie Track team competed at two meets this past week. On Tuesday,
April 24, they competed in a 10-team track meet at Lapwai where all four
girls relays finished in first place with Sierra McWilliams in the girls
3200, Sean Spencer in both the 110 and 300 hurdles and Carson Schmidt in
both the shot put and discus all recording first place finishes.
On Saturday, April 28, Prairie competed at the White Pine Meet at Kamiah
where all four girls relaysagain finished in first place with Spencer in
the 110 hurdles and Schmidt in the discus each also finishing in first
